Pair of vintage folding magazine racks by Cees Braakman for Pasteo, 1960Cees Braakman is a Dutch designer. He is renowned for having exerted a strong influence on design in the Netherlands. His creations are known for being innovative. The Pasteo magazine rack is one of his flagship pieces! Lightweight and easy to handle, it is composed of two panels, one with horizontal round bars and the other with an openwork panel with vertical strips of veneer. A model with timeless design lines. Here the pair is made up of two models with different dimensions: Large model: 60 x 45 x 26 cm, note a slight dent in the wood on the part holding the magazines. Small model: 52 x 38 x 25 cm, note traces of wear on the legs. Otherwise in very good condition. Clean, fast and careful shipment.
