About this vintage design furniture
The excellence of Atelier Jean Perzel craftsmanship. This is a rare pair of hand-cut Saint Gobain glass sconces by Jean Perzel, produced in the early 1930s, model number 650. They are made of translucent hand-cut Saint Gobain glass, with opal glass on the top, set in an off-white painted metal structure. They have been fully restored, electrified with 2 bulbs, and are in superb condition. These sconces are true Art Deco masterpieces, heavy and of superb craftsmanship.

Jean Perzel was a French designer who was born in Paris in 1892 and died there in 1986. He is best known for his glass and metal luminaires, which left their mark on twentieth-century design.
